Terms and Conditions – HAIRAPY
Thank you for choosing HAIRAPY for your hair care needs. To ensure the best service for all clients, please read and agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Appointments & Cancellations
I kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the service cost.
No-shows will also be charged in full.
2. Running Late
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Being more than 10 minutes late may result in your service being shortened or cancelled, in order to stay on schedule for the next client.
If your appointment is cancelled due to lateness, the full service fee may still apply.
3. Courtesy and Consideration
Your time is valuable, and so is mine. These policies help me provide every client with the best possible experience in a calm, respectful, and punctual environment.
If you are running late or need to cancel, please contact me as soon as possible.
